No. For Sandals and Beaches individual vacations, we do not charge planning fees.  

Planning fees may apply for group travel and destination weddings. 

Scheduling a discovery call is the fastest, clearest path forward. It allows us to understand your travel style and guide you toward the right Sandals or Beaches experience. 

No. We don’t operate as a list-and-choose service. We guide the decision-making, narrow options, and recommend what fits—so you aren’t left comparing dozens of properties. 

We’re not a price-driven agency, and we don’t compete on price alone. Our role is to guide and manage your Sandals or Beaches vacation thoughtfully—focusing on fit, timing, and overall experience.

That said, we always apply any available promotions at the time of booking, and all Sandals and Beaches vacations booked through us include on-resort perks. These may include added resort credit or other amenities, depending on the resort, travel dates, and current offers.

Our focus is ensuring you receive the best overall value for your trip—not just the lowest number on a screen.

 Yes. While you’re traveling, you’ll have direct access to us via text or WhatsApp for time-sensitive needs and support if something unexpected arises. 

Timing depends on the type of experience you’re planning.

For high-demand accommodations—such as overwater villas or bungalows—we recommend reaching out 18–24 months in advance to ensure the best availability and room placement.

If you’re planning a destination wedding, it’s best to begin the process at least 12 months in advance. This allows time to secure your preferred date and ensure room availability for your guests.

For other Sandals or Beaches vacations, reaching out earlier provides the most flexibility and allows us to design the experience thoughtfully rather than reactively.

Yes. If you’d like flights included, we can coordinate them as part of your overall travel plan.

For Sandals and Beaches vacations booked through Sea & Sun Travel, shared airport transfers are included. If you prefer a more private arrival experience, Sandals and 

Beaches offer private transfers for select room categories.

If private transfers aren’t included with your room category—or if you’d simply prefer a more exclusive and expedited experience—we can also arrange outside private transfers from the airport to your Sandals or Beaches resort.
