Your stay includes your oceanfront villa, all meals and snacks, premium alcoholic beverages and soft drinks, and a fully stocked refrigerator and cupboards—restocked daily. Dining is centered around the Hill House restaurant, but the experience is intentionally flexible, allowing days to unfold naturally rather than around reservations or schedules.

Each villa is assigned a 17–18 ft. powerboat with unlimited fuel, allowing you to explore the surrounding Exuma Cays freely. Guests receive a full boat orientation, navigation charts, and guidance to ensure comfort and confidence on the water.
The Exumas are known for calm, easily navigable waters—making it simple to visit nearby islands, snorkel secluded reefs, fish, or find your own private beach for the afternoon.

Fowl Cay features just six villas, ranging from one to three bedrooms, accommodating 2 to 6 guests per villa. Each bedroom has its own private bath, making these villas well-suited for couples, families, or small groups traveling together.
Every villa includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, a full kitchen, indoor and outdoor living spaces, and daily housekeeping. Airport transfers from Staniel Cay are included.
