How Promotions & Amenities Are Handled
As part of our planning process, we monitor and apply current Sandals and Beaches promotions based on your travel dates, resort selection, and room category.
You’ll receive the same pricing and promotional offers available directly through the resort, and when applicable, we’ll also coordinate additional amenities or resort-specific perks, such as spa or resort credits.
Because promotions vary by resort and timing, our approach isn’t about chasing deals—it’s about ensuring your booking is properly structured from the start, with the right offers applied and no details overlooked.
Planning Fees & What to Expect
For individual Sandals and Beaches vacations, we do not charge a planning fee. Our role is to guide resort selection, apply applicable promotions, and manage the booking so the experience feels clear and seamless from the start.
For group travel and destination weddings, a planning fee may apply due to the additional coordination, guest management, and logistics involved. These details are always discussed upfront so expectations are clear before moving forward.
