Alongside planning the wedding itself, we also ensure the guest experience is just as seamless.

Each destination wedding we support includes a dedicated micro wedding website designed specifically for your event (minimum 10 rooms). This private page allows your guests to view travel details, explore room options tied to your group contract, and reserve their accommodations in one clear, centralized place.

This removes confusion for your guests and eliminates the need for you to answer travel questions throughout the planning process. Guests know exactly where to go, what’s available, and how to book—while accommodations remain aligned with your wedding plans.

For couples, this means fewer interruptions, fewer logistics to manage, and a smoother experience for everyone attending.

Sandals and Beaches have built one of the most seamless destination wedding programs in the Caribbean. Their on-resort teams handle coordination, documentation guidance, and day-of execution—removing many of the unknowns couples often worry about when planning a wedding abroad.

Not all venues are available at every resort, which is why we use the discovery process to understand your vision and recommend the destination and property that aligns best with your Big Day.

For couples planning a simple, meaningful ceremony with minimal guests, elopement-style weddings are available with a starting package designed for two.

Smaller gatherings with close friends and family fall into petite wedding packages, while larger celebrations scale naturally into intimate and grand wedding experiences—allowing room for expanded guest lists, enhanced décor, and additional events.

Each package includes core ceremony elements, with optional enhancements available to personalize the experience further.

Every destination wedding begins with a complimentary discovery call, where we learn about your vision, guest expectations, and travel priorities.

From there, we guide you through selecting the right resort and wedding package, coordinate the group room contract, and align timelines with the on-resort wedding team. Marriage requirements and documentation are reviewed early, and once key decisions are made, the resort teams handle the detailed coordination leading up to the ceremony.

This structured approach allows the experience to unfold smoothly without requiring constant oversight from you.

Many couples choose to extend their celebration beyond the wedding itself.

This might mean staying longer at the same resort once guests depart, or transitioning to a new destination or property for a dedicated honeymoon experience. For example, a couple may host their wedding at Sandals Montego Bay and then move on to Sandals Negril or Sandals Grande St. Lucian for a quieter, more intimate honeymoon phase.
